Malaco Brio Frukt takes the gelatine-set caramel chew of Brio Grädd and runs it through a multi-fruit mix. The chew is soft and slow, closer to a Tootsie Roll than a hard toffee, with the fruit flavours riding on a creamy caramel base. The recipe uses shea and coconut fats instead of palm oil, which keeps the chew clean and neutral. Malaco has been making Swedish sweets since 1934 and is now part of Cloetta, Sweden's heritage candy company.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, water, vegetable fats (shea, coconut), humectant (sorbitol), gelatine, acid (citric acid), natural flavourings, vegetable oils (coconut, rapeseed), surface-treatment agent (carnauba wax), colours (E120, E141, E160a). Store below 25°C.
