Malaco is the Swedish brand behind the original Pastellfisk that became Swedish Fish in America, so this is the original maker's sour take on a shape you already know. The chew is firm and slow, classic wine-gum territory, and the recipe is gelatine-free and palm-oil-free. Malaco has anchored Swedish pick-and-mix since 1934.
