Soft salmiak mice — proper Swedish salty liquorice with no sugar, no gelatine.
Dark, glossy little mice of soft salty liquorice (salt lakrits) made in Belgium for Sam Gross, sweetened with maltitol syrup instead of sugar. They carry 5.6 % ammonium chloride and 6.4 % real liquorice extract with a natural anise note, so the salmiak hit is genuine rather than polite. Starch-based with no gelatine, so they are vegan too. The label reads 0.32 g sugar per 100 g.
