Vidal Rabbits and Carrots are figure-shaped jellies set with modified potato starch instead of gelatine, which makes them fully vegan. Every colour comes from fruit and vegetable concentrates — turmeric, spirulina, carrot, hibiscus, apple, radish, pumpkin, tomato, and blackcurrant — yet they stay surprisingly vivid. The chew is a classic soft jelly, softer and less springy than a gummy bear, with a light citric lift. Vidal has been making jelly sweets in Spain since 1963, and this is one of the cleanest-label products in its range. They are also gluten-free.
