1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your delivery location:🇸🇪 Sweden — 59 SEK
🇦🇺🇳🇿 Australia & New Zealand — 199 SEK
🌍 Rest of World — 199 SEK

All rates are flat-rate per order regardless of weight or number of items.

Orders over 2kg may be split into multiple parcels. No additional shipping charge will be applied for split shipments.


3. Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide, including the EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and many more countries.


4. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

ScandiSweetShop is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


6. Shipping Restrictions

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

ScandiSweetShop cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


9. Heat & Temperature Sensitivity

Many sweets and confectionery products are sensitive to heat and temperature conditions. During warm weather or when shipping to hotter climates, products may soften, stick together, or change texture during transit.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

ScandiSweetShop is not responsible for product changes or damage caused by heat exposure during shipping, including melting, deformation, or texture changes. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for heat-related damage.

If ordering during warm periods, we recommend choosing faster shipping options and ensuring someone is available to receive the package promptly.
