The flavour is bright tutti frutti with a gentle sour edge — sweet first, tang second. These diamonds are vegan, gluten-free and gelatin-free, built on potato protein instead of gelatine. BUBS has been making foam candy in Sweden since 1992, and the diamond is one of its signature cuts.
