Fruktsvampar — 'fruit mushrooms' — are soft foam sweets from Dalia in Sweden, shaped like tiny toadstools in mixed strawberry, apple, raspberry and pear. The foam is denser than a US Peep: more chew, less fluff, with a clean and gentle fruit flavour. On the Swedish pick-and-mix wall the mushroom silhouette is impossible to miss, which is exactly why kids go for them first.
