Haribo Cherry Cola is a starch-set fruit gum — a rarity in the Haribo range, with no gelatine in the recipe. The chew is denser and smoother than a wine gum, closer to a Swedish Fish or a Dot in texture, finished with a beeswax glaze. The flavour pairs caramelised cola notes with cherry, and the colours come entirely from fruit and plant concentrates — elderberry, blackcurrant, aronia, safflower. Made by Haribo Lakrids A/S in Faxe, Denmark; Haribo itself dates to Germany, 1920.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, starch, acid: citric acid; caramelised sugar syrup, sunflower oil, elderberry extract; fruit and plant concentrates: safflower, elderberry, blackcurrant, orange, aronia, grape, lemon; glazing agent: white and yellow beeswax; flavouring. Store away from heat and humidity. May contain traces of MILK, WHEAT.
