Pixel Zourr are block-shaped 'pixel' fruit gums with a sharp citric and malic sour coating. The recipe is the interesting part: wheat flour and carrageenan instead of gelatine, which makes them vegetarian-friendly — genuinely rare in the Haribo range — and gives them a denser, breadier chew, closer to a Swedish Fish bite than a soft gummy. The colour comes from a single natural source, curcumin, backed by fruit and plant concentrates. Note they may contain traces of milk, so vegetarian yes, vegan no. Made by Haribo Lakrids in Denmark.
