The pixel-shape sour from Haribo — a vegetarian-friendly wheat-and-carrageenan recipe with a single-ingredient natural colour.
Haribo Pixel Zourr are block-shape "pixel" sour gummies made with wheat flour, palm fat, and carrageenan as the gelling agent — distinctively no gelatine. Coloured with a single natural ingredient: curcumin (turmeric). Sour-coated with citric and malic acid. One of the rare vegetarian items in the Haribo range, though "may contain milk" prevents a vegan claim.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, starch, humectant: sorbitol syrup; WHEAT FLOUR, palm fat, acids: citric acid, malic acid; dextrose, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, citric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; acidity regulators: trisodium citrate, sodium malate, monosodium citrate; gelling agent: carrageenan; flavouring; fruit and plant concentrates: carrot, spirulina, sweet potato, apple, blackcurrant, elderberry, hibiscus, radish, aronia, grape; elderberry extract; colour: curcumin. May contain traces of MILK.
