Kolasvamp are mushroom-shaped foam sweets in beige and tan with a cola flavour that lingers well past the last chew. The foam is denser than a marshmallow — closer to a Circus Peanut in body, but smoother, and with cola where you would expect banana. Made by Dalia in Sweden, they are a fixture of the novelty shelf at Swedish pick and mix counters.
