Malaco Skumkantarell are gelatine-foam chanterelle-mushroom shapes — sugar-coated pink/yellow foam-candies that have been a Swedish pick-and-mix counter staple for generations. Traditional skum recipe with gelatine and E120 (carmine), making them a cultural classic but not strict-vegetarian. Made by Cloetta under the Malaco brand.
