Malaco Zoo Sour Monkey are sour-sugared foam-candies in monkey shapes, made using potato protein as the foaming agent rather than the traditional gelatine. This makes them one of the few Swedish foam-candies that's vegan-eligible (no animal-derived ingredients). Coloured with natural fruit/veg concentrates from radish, apple and blackcurrants. Made by Cloetta under the Malaco "Zoo" sub-range (animal-shape foam candies). Modified starch base, no gelatine, no carmine. Refreshingly clean label for a sour-coated foam.
