S-Märke Sour Watermelon are classic Swedish jelly sweets stamped with an embossed 'S' — for 'surt', the Swedish word for sour. The sharp citric coating gives the first hit; underneath is a firm jelly chew with a fresh watermelon flavour, sweet and crisp. They are sharper-sour than a Sour Patch Kid and firmer than most US gummies. Made by Candypeople AB in Malmö, with a vegan, gelatine-free recipe coloured by sweet potato and carrot concentrate.
