Vidal Strawberry Liquorice Slices pair a jammy strawberry layer with classic soft liquorice in a two-tone moulded slice. The recipe is wheat-flour based, which gives a firmer, almost bread-like chew — closer to a Red Vine than to a gelatine gummy, and distinctly different from Vidal's jelly range. Sweet strawberry leads each bite, with the soft liquorice rounding it out. Vidal has been moulding sweets in Spain since 1963, where fruit-and-liquorice slices are a counter classic.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, WHEAT FLOUR (contains gluten), 11% apple juice from concentrate, corn starch, humectant: glycerol; invert sugar syrup, acids: citric acid; coconut vegetable fat, potato starch, gelatine, flavourings, acidity regulator: potassium citrates, vegetable oils (coconut, rapeseed), salt, colours: E100, E120, E133. May contain traces of MILK, SOY and MUSTARD.
